It is a brand war, because at this stage, price is no longer the only factor for sellers to purchase goods, and technical content has gradually become the most important factor. Compared with some small brands, we recognize manufacturers that already have a certain degree of market knowledge.
At the same time, also last year, the demand for machine tool products in my country has also changed. The most representative indicator is that the demand for high-end machine tool products exceeds the growth of low-end products, which directly represents the future manufacturing industry will enter a higher level. For my country's machine tool industry, which is in the ascendant stage, it is undoubtedly good news to promote industrial development.
At present, in the "Twelfth Five-Year Plan", the independent innovation strategy has been clearly defined as the most important component, and it is emphasized that technological innovation projects should be used to support and lead the development of the industry. The development of my country's machine tool industry must be based on independent innovation, and achieve key technological breakthroughs and industrial upgrades through independent research and development of original innovation, introduction of technology digestion, absorption and re-innovation, and integration of existing technology innovation. Construct and improve the technological innovation system that takes the enterprise as the main body, market-oriented, and combines production, education, research and application; insists on increasing the investment in research and development; strengthens the research of key technologies and common technologies, and strives to focus on basic and common technologies (such as high-speed and high-speed Breakthroughs have been made in the research of fine motion control technology, dynamic comprehensive compensation technology, multi-axis linkage and compound processing technology, reliability technology, intelligent technology, high-precision direct drive technology, etc., and the level of product development technology has been improved.
Since 2009, China has begun to implement the "High-end CNC Machine Tool and Basic Manufacturing Equipment" national science and technology major project, and plans to realize 70%～80 of the high-end CNC machine tools and basic manufacturing equipment required for the manufacture of aerospace, shipbuilding, automobile, and power generation equipment by 2020. % Based on domestic. At present, some projects have achieved initial results. The implementation of major scientific and technological projects and the implementation of a series of guidelines and policies such as the country's cultivation and development of strategic emerging industries has provided new opportunities for the development of high-end CNC machine tools.
A few days ago, Wang Weiming, deputy director of the Equipment Industry Department of the Ministry of Industry and Information Technology, stated that in 2013, the high-end CNC machine tool and basic manufacturing equipment special project (hereinafter referred to as the machine tool special project) will closely focus on three key areas: automobile engine manufacturing, aviation structural parts manufacturing, and aviation engine manufacturing. Comprehensively put forward requirements for quantitative indicators such as reliability test statistics for all related topics, and promote domestic high-end CNC machine tools to enter the market through special management measures.
